Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, inside sales support, or commercial operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, electronics, aerospace, defense, or technical product environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customer priorities.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations in accordance with company pricing guidelines and profitability objectives.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Coordinate with operations, planning, engineering, and quality teams to provide accurate order status and delivery information.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, product specifications, order status, and technical documentation.
• Support customers with product-related questions in collaboration with Sales Engineering and technical personnel.
• Manage customer account reviews and identify opportunities to improve service, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests and facilitate issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, orders, and communications within ERP and CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and company policies.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and attention to detail.
