Bruce Aerospace, Inc. is seeking skilled Industrial Painters (Levels I, II & III) to join our aerospace manufacturing team.

In this hands-on role, you will prepare, mask, and spray-paint aircraft components to achieve high-quality finishes meeting customer specifications. Responsibilities include applying coatings per blueprints, matching colors, inspecting finished parts, operating spray equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience with aluminum, plastics, and metals.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and color recognition.
• Able to operate painting equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, mask, and spray-paint surfaces.
• Apply finishes per blueprints and specs.
• Mix and match colors to meet quality standards.
• Inspect finishes and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment.
• Follow safety procedures for chemicals, ventilation, and PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
