Job summary

Required: ABET-accredited degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing. Preferred: Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, AutoCAD, Tableau/Power BI, SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing industrial engineering experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow optimization to improve plant efficiency and capacity.
• Balance production lines and optimize product flow using VSM and data analytics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop time standards and standard work instructions for shop floor.
