Job summary

Lockheed Martin Sikorsky is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production improvements for Blackhawk derivative airframes. You will conduct methods analysis, labor performance evaluations, and cost estimates as part of the Industrial Engineering team.

You will analyze workflows, perform make-versus-buy studies, and develop daily/weekly labor cost reports while collaborating with Operations Leadership to implement new technologies and optimize layouts for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1 year of professional experience; or related Masters degree.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment with shop floor experience.
• Experience with Analytical and Project Planning Tools including MS Office suite; Tableau (SQL equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Perform methods analysis, labor performance evaluations, and cost estimates.
• Conduct man-loading and capacity analyses; assess workflows and make-versus-buy studies.
• Develop and leverage daily and weekly reports to monitor labor cost metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to implement new technologies and methodologies; optimize layouts and continuous improvements.
• Turn data into actionable insights using Tableau and MS Office.
• Analyze sequence of operations to improve production efficiency and facility utilization.
