Job summary

MTSI is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Manager to provide support to a Government Office at WPAFB, Ohio. The primary focus is active engagement and integration of 12 IPSEs within program and across IPTs to ensure full integration of Product Support activities across the Program Group.

Responsibilities include directing support to the PSM, integrating IPSEs across teams, and coordinating with IPTs while advising on data exchange for logistics systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ILS/PSM experience in Air Force programs.
• Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance required.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Product Support Manager (PSM).
• Apply Product Support knowledge to plan, develop, implement, manage, and integrate IPSEs across the program.
• Assist in producing or reviewing program documents supporting acquisition and sustainment logistics.
• Develop, modify, prepare, and validate program documentation related to Product Support.
• Coordinate between IPTs to drive Product Support package maturation.
• Participate in IPT meetings and related program reviews.
• Advise IPTs on information exchange requirements for logistics data integration.
• Review deficiency reports and assist root cause analyses.
