Radius Aerospace- Hot Springs is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC experience to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing facility systems, production equipment, and critical HVAC components to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and reliability in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification, EPA certification, or applicable state/local licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and related building systems.
• Monitor HVAC systems to support environmental conditions for manufacturing operations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment problems.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
