Radius Aerospace in Hot Springs, AR seeks a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC experience to support aerospace manufacturing operations. You will maintain facility systems, production equipment, and HVAC with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, plus preventive maintenance, records management, and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or facility maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification, EPA certification, or applicable state/local licensing is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Electrical License/Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and related building systems.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to support environmental conditions for manufacturing operations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment problems.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance according to schedules.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, compressors, fans, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting of motors, controls, sensors, switches, and components.
• Assist with plumbing, compressed air, building systems, and general facility repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective/preventative solutions.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC experience to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility systems, production equipment, HVAC systems, and other mechanical and electrical systems critical to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who understands the importance of equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, safety, and attention to detail in a precision manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment.

Position Requirements
