Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Human Engineering or related area.

• Leadership experience or documented leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of engineers to deliver HE solutions across design, development, production and implementation.
• Lead a group of 15–20 direct reports.
• Develop strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
• Coordinate across interdisciplinary teams to integrate HE considerations into system design.
• Apply human performance principles to aerospace product design.
• Define system performance requirements to ensure safe human operation.
