Job summary

JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP is hiring an Aerospace HR Generalist / Recruiter on-site in Simi Valley, CA. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions, and partner with managers to attract top talent.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations support, HR policy administration, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and aerospace regulations. 3+ years HR/recruiting experience is required; SHRM/PHR credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical or engineering talent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
• Maintain employee records and ensure employment law compliance.
• Assist with benefits administration, training, and employee engagement programs.
• Track recruiting metrics and HR reporting.
