Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of test engineering experience or Master's Degree with 0 years.
• Experience troubleshooting test equipment, test tooling, and test harnesses.
• Experience with test automation or other lean manufacturing/testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated technical writing and/or procedure development skills.
• Ability to travel between Oxnard, CA, and Goleta, CA, sites and travel to support customers ~10%.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing in coordination with the Operating Unit including test planning, setup, execution, data reduction, test reporting, and post-test data processing.
• Integrate products with test tooling, software, equipment, and instrumentation.
• Support test data collection, post-test data review, reporting, and verification of test requirements.
• Assist in producing clear and accurate test documentation for technical writing activities.
• Participate in internal and external reviews and present findings.
• Use modern tools to reduce testing costs and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets across the product value stream.
