Job summary

Modern Industries, Inc. is seeking a Hand Finisher for a weekend schedule at our Phoenix facility. This role involves hand finishing a variety of metal parts and castings for aerospace and semiconductor applications, using hand and power tools to grind, sand, and clean parts.

The position requires basic measurement and deburring tasks, reading English, and ability to stand for extended periods. A 12-hour Friday–Sunday shift with a 10% differential applies, along with a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0-3 years hand finish experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend English preferred.
• Experience with hand finishing tools and basic deburr tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand finish a wide variety of metal parts and castings for Aerospace and Semiconductor industries.
• Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, and clean parts; break edges and deburr.
