Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced GTAW welder to support vertical integration for Flexline Fabrication in Huntsville, AL. You will operate automated welding equipment, read weld schedules, and meet AWS D17.1 inspection requirements in a precision aerospace environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of GTAW experience, metallurgical knowledge, and the ability to pass weld tests while handling up to 50 lbs and using hand tools with expert skill.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years GTAW welding experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Metallurgical knowledge and reading weld schedules per AWS D17.1.
• Able to pass weld and math tests and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support vertical integration for Flexline Fabrication in HSV.
• Operate automated welding equipment per AWS D17.1 and inspection requirements.
• Fabricate parts with hand tools and manage material handling.
• Meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements in aerospace manufacturing.
