Job summary

Lakota Solutions is seeking an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic on swing shift at Eglin AFB, FL. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain powered and non-powered AGE, using diagrams and technical data to ensure proper operation.

The role requires 5+ years of AGE experience, basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. You will perform servicing, documentation, and conduct functional tests as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles.
• Ability to read and use electrical wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose AGE malfunctions using drawings and diagrams.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on powered/non-powered AGE.
• Maintain MIS documentation of maintenance actions.
• Comply with technical orders, manuals and regulations at all times.
• Drive and service flightline equipment as required.
