Job summary

Poseidon Aerospace in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring a Commercial GTM Associate to drive market entry for our autonomous cargo aircraft. You will lead go-to-market efforts, build relationships with customers and partners, and guide deals from outreach to service launch and growth.

You will collaborate with regulatory, operations, and engineering teams, travel frequently to develop opportunities, and shape the commercial direction of Poseidon’s air cargo business as we scale.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel frequently to develop opportunities.
• Curiosity about technology, logistics and building a business.
• Background in air cargo or logistics is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute Poseidon’s commercial go-to-market strategy across domestic and international markets.
• Build relationships with customers, operating partners, and other organizations central to bringing new air cargo services into operation.
• Identify commercial opportunities and evaluate customer, economic, and operational questions.
• Close new cargo business from outreach through proposals, agreements, service launch, and growth.
• Work with regulatory and operations teams to understand market-entry requirements.
• Bring customer insights into Poseidon’s product, partnership, and market-entry decisions.
• Help build commercial capabilities to enable growth.
