Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location.
• Monitor access by verifying identification, managing check-in/check-out, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining visitor records.
• Receive and direct calls, visitors, and deliveries professionally while maintaining a controlled entry point.
• Observe front desk activity and report security concerns to site personnel or leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per established procedures.
