Job summary

Sogeclair is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Experimental Flight Test programs in aerospace. You will lead complex development and certification flight test projects, coordinating across engineering, operations, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication in a fast-paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of Project Management experience in aerospace.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with aircraft development, certification, or flight test programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Experimental Flight Test projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to set plans, milestones, and resources.
• Partner with engineering, suppliers, and customers to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain schedules and resource plans across multiple projects.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation planning and execution.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate safety and security processes related to flight tests.
• Prepare budget forecasts and report financial performance.
