Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or higher in a STEM field, 2+ years of relevant experience or an internship, and proficiency in MATLAB/Python. Occasional travel and on-site work in Las Vegas are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, data analytics, operations research, statistics, physics, computer science, or related STEM field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or masters degree with relevant internship.
• Working knowledge of MATLAB, Python, or similar analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom MATLAB tools for data analysis and automated test processing.
• Multi-source data analysis: aggregate, clean, and analyze complex datasets.
• Advanced data visualization to compare empirical test data with models or criteria.
• End-to-end test documentation: test plans, data handling protocols, incident logs, reports.
• Test design and strategy using statistics and DOE to define data collection requirements.
• Flight test execution coordination and real-time support.
• Translate test metrics into engineering reports and briefings for leadership.
