Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of related manufacturing or hands-on experience preferred.
• Basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment knowledge.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (training provided).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand finishing, deburring, support removal, and surface prep of additively manufactured aerospace parts.
• Operate blasting equipment per work instructions.
• Program and operate Wire EDM for part removal.
• Read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Set up fixtures, jigs, and tooling for finishing operations.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools to ensure spec compliance.
• Document part dimensions and quality results.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Follow QMS and EHS policies.
• Move materials safely as needed.
