100Hires, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Finishing Operator in Poway, CA to finish composite parts prior to quality control. You will sand, deburr, and mask surfaces, ensuring edges are smooth and cosmetic defects are avoided. Paid training is provided as you build a career in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

Responsibilities include edge finishing on panels, preparing surfaces for paint, and performing self-checks before submission to QC. Safety and PPE are emphasized for daily shop work.

Qualificações

• 0–6+ months experience in sanding, deburring, or general manufacturing.
• Ability to follow basic work instructions and safety protocols.
• Comfort with hand tools and power sanding equipment.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and PPE in a shop environment.
• Physical ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Sand, trim, and deburr composite components to remove flash and smooth edges.
• Perform edge finishing on panels and assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Prepare surfaces for paint or final delivery with cleaning and degreasing.
• Conduct visual checks for cosmetic defects before passing parts to Quality Control.
