Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals to exact specifications.
• Create flawless surface finishes while maintaining dimensional integrity.
• Operate hand and power tools, including hand grinders.
• Follow work instructions and complete quality paperwork.
• Inspect surface finishes and dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height stands and inspection tools.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products you’re proud to put your name on.
