Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Early Career Financial Analyst to support Autonomous Airpower contracts through transactional work, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, assisting cost tracking and month-end close. You'll learn federal contracting, CAS, and Earned Value Management while partnering with senior analysts and program managers to improve cost reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close with cost validation and accrual analysis.
• Perform cost reclassifications to allocate expenses to the correct contract.
• Review timecard allocations with program managers and staff.
• Conduct data reconciliation across financial systems.
• Assist with contract budget baselines and WBS tracking.
• Support billing and revenue recognition, reconcile costs to invoices.
• Collaborate with program managers and engineering to validate actuals.
• Create recurring reports and dashboards in Excel, Anaplan, and Foundry.
