Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst II, Rocket Motor Systems, to support financial health, forecasting, and operational execution of hardware programs. You will maintain EAC models, forecast revenue/profit, and deliver actionable reporting while collaborating with Program Managers and senior finance teams.

This role offers end-to-end exposure across program finance, FP&A, and operational finance in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills and a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst (aerospace/defense, hardware, or government contracting preferred).
• Knowledge of EAC, ETC, and variance analysis in contracts.
• Strong in Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas, modeling).
• Strong partnering and communication skills to explain metrics to non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizen eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EAC, ETC, and contract forecasts with Program Managers.
• Analyze margins and variances against baselines; explain drivers to teams.
• Support forecasting for revenue, profit, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Assist month-end close; review actuals and cost allocations.
• Review POs against budgets and manage WBS in ERP.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership.
• Identify cost risks and participate in process improvements.
