Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Terrain Follow Radars portfolio. You will work with Program Business Managers, IPT Leads, and Program Managers on program financial management activities, including forecasting, cost reporting, and EAC development.

Responsibilities include quarterly EACs, variance analysis, and preparation of cost estimates for new proposals. Collaboration across finance and program teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience, or an advanced degree in related field.
• US citizen requirement for access to systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) including costs, risks and opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis of total program and Mission Area cost elements.
• Analyze monthly variances between budget baseline and EAC positions.
• Prepare program financial forecasts and monitor actual costs.
• Report variances between actual costs, plans and forecasts.
• Assist in cost estimates for new business proposals.
• Develop basis and rationale for cost estimates with Estimating and Program Analysts.
• Coordinate with functional organizations during EAC development.
• Monitor performance against plans and financial requirements.
