Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to read blueprints, work orders and verbal instructions.
• Competency in measurement and calibration; read and use measuring instruments.
• Good communication skills, math skills and verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Fillet Roll machines for aerospace fasteners.
• Create threads and prepare tooling/fixtures for machine operation.
• Meet production deadlines and inspect parts for quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report issues.
• Complete production tags and reporting forms; follow safety regulations.
