Job summary

RAM Aerospace in Saint George, Utah, seeks a Facilities Project Administrator to organize capital and facilities improvement projects. You will work with the Director of Facilities to manage documentation, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring audit-ready results and timely completion.

The role spans Maintenance, EHS, Operations, and external contractors, offering broad exposure to RAM’s infrastructure supports precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track capital and facilities improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including scopes, schedules, budgets, and close-out packages.
• Act as a stakeholder liaison with contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Update CMMS with new assets and maintenance information; assist in budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, turnover, and hand-over with Maintenance, EHS, and Operations.
