Job summary

The State of Oklahoma's Infinity One Spaceport in Burns Flat, OK is seeking a skilled Assistant Facilities Supervisor to oversee and scale airport and industrial park infrastructure. You will work with the Facilities Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate contractors, and drive preventive maintenance for hangars, runways, utilities, and tenant spaces.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, procurement know-how, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management, airport operations, industrial plant engineering, or aerospace infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of BAS, HVAC and heavy equipment operation.
• Procurement experience: evaluating vendor bids, drafting checklists, and using scoring rubrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills coordinating between tenants, government officials, and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of spaceport and industrial park facilities, including hangars and runway infrastructure.
• Implement and track preventive maintenance schedules with CMMS.
• Ensure FAA, OSHA and environmental compliance for facilities.
• Supervise capital projects, expansions, and tenant build-outs within budget and specs.
• Collaborate on emergency preparedness with local authorities and security.
