• Identify and evaluate patterns; determine method to remove material to meet customer specs.
• Prepare parts for finishing, mask, etch, and layer patterns.
• Sandblast parts to meet customer requirements.
• Deburr and grind parts for next steps.
• Mask parts as required and prepare for assembly.
• Load parts into heating devices and monitor processes.
• Maintain records and order spare parts as needed.
• Keep a clean, compliant work environment.
