Staffmark is hiring an Aerospace Expeditor in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on tracking orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of essential aerospace parts.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with early morning hours and a competitive hourly wage. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in procurement or aerospace manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using enterprise inventory software.
• Excellent verbal communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Basic familiarity with aerospace quality standards and aircraft components

Responsibilities

• Track open purchase orders and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of critical aerospace parts.
• Work with suppliers and internal departments to eliminate production bottlenecks and address material shortages.
• Review production timelines to prioritize materials needed for manufacturing or aircraft maintenance.
• Update ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle) with delivery dates, shipping details, and order statuses.
