Job summary

Lafarge & Egge is seeking an on-site Estimator / Planner in Everett, WA to ensure programs are accurately scoped, resourced, and executed on schedule. You will develop detailed cost estimates and production plans aligned with engineering requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and customer expectations.

You’ll work with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate technical requirements into realistic schedules and budgets, analyze data, anticipate risks, and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years in estimating/planning within aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience with estimating and program management tools.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost structures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working on programs in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
• Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams to meet program schedule requirements.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation to identity scope and requirements.
• Coordinate with procurements and manufacturing teams to ensure resources are aligned with schedules.
• Monitor program progress and adjust estimates and plans as conditions change.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal team, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
