Job summary

Lafarge & Egge in Everett, WA is seeking an on-site Customer-Facing Contracts Manager for our aerospace manufacturing team. This role serves as the primary commercial liaison between the company and aerospace customers, guiding contract execution from proposal through production and delivery.

You will manage contractual obligations, support plant operations, and align customer expectations with manufacturing capabilities, while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and AS9100 where

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of contracts, program management, or commercial experience within manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience working directly with customers in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing structures, and supply agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all contractual and commercial matters.
• Lead contract review, negotiation, and administration for production programs and LTAs.
• Interpret and communicate contract requirements to manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams.
• Ensure changes are properly managed and documented.
• Partner with plant leadership, production planning, and supply chain to meet commitments.
• Support pricing strategy, quotations, and proposal development.
• Lead negotiations on change orders, claims, and customer requests.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures and company policies.
