Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking Equipment and Tool Engineers to support multiple positions across Puget Sound, Washington. The role involves close interaction with mechanics, safety, and tool makers on the production floor to uphold safety, quality, and integrity standards.

Responsibilities include designing equipment, supporting tool fabrication, participating in design reviews, and managing budgets and schedules to deliver tooling solutions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Siemens PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and develops equipment and tooling concepts to meet aerospace design/build requirements.
• Performs tool liaison activities to support tool fabrication and production use.
• Participates in design reviews, collects requirements, creates/revises drawings/models.
• Creates specs/PRs for new equipment/tooling from external vendors.
• Ensures designs comply with safety, producibility, maintainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Develops equipment/tooling inspection and maintenance instructions and training materials.
• Manages budgets and schedules to deliver equipment/tooling solutions to customers.
