Job summary

SpaceX is hiring a Supervisor, Equipment Maintenance (Starship) for the night shift at Starbase, Texas. You will lead a diverse team of technicians to keep asset availability high through proactive maintenance and rapid trouble‑shooting.

You will coordinate workloads, triage requests, work with vendors, and apply lean principles while mentoring staff and driving safety and quality in a fast-paced aerospace setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team and projects.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with automated production cells and aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on assets.
• Manage weekly workload and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts, docs, and training.
• Apply 5S/LEAN methods and track KPIs for performance.
• Provide training and development to peers.
