Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Starlink program to lead a team of technicians and drive maintenance processes on a night shift. You will establish PM schedules, partner with engineering, and ensure uptime targets are met while managing spare parts and safety compliance.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in maintenance/manufacturing with 2+ years in a direct leadership role.
• Experience building and leading a maintenance team and developing PM plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-skilled technician team supporting SpaceX Starlink build processes.
• Create and manage PM plans and asset schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers to define corrective maintenance and PM timing.
• Develop spare parts inventory and monitor KPIs (uptime, OEE).
• Supervise maintenance execution including emergencies and safety compliance.
• Report progress to stakeholders and manage shift coverage.
