Neon Aero in Irvine, California is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to scale teams for engineering and technical roles critical to growth. You will partner with the talent acquisition manager and hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, manage the full cycle from intake to close, and optimize candidate experience in a fast-moving startup environment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing tools, plus a track record of filling

Qualifications

• Junior/mid-level full-cycle technical recruiting experience across sourcing, screening, pipeline management, offer support, and closing.
• Strong experience recruiting for engineering and other technical functions in fast-moving or highly specialized environments.
• Agency recruiting experience with demonstrated strength in proactive sourcing, candidate generation, urgency, and requisition ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles from intake through offer and close.
• Build and execute deep sourcing strategies across competitors, adjacent industries, niche engineering communities, AI ecosystems, aerospace networks, and aviation talent pools.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into focused hiring strategies and strong candidate pipelines.
• Help Neon attract and close highly specialized talent in competitive markets.
