You will coordinate teams, schedules, resources, meetings, and deliverables to ensure initiatives stay on track. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field and 4–6+ years of project coordination experience, with strong Microsoft Project skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of relevant engineering project or related experience.
• Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate engineering projects and ensure resources are utilized effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Compile project status reports and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Identify, analyze, and help resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Define project scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to meet project goals, timelines, and requirements.
• Use sound judgment and initiative to plan, prioritize, and accomplish project objectives.
