Job summary

RTX is offering opportunities for students and graduates to work on aerospace and defense projects in a hands-on environment. You will collaborate with engineers across disciplines, interpret requirements, and participate in structured testing and documentation of findings.

Successful candidates will have a STEM degree with coursework or projects demonstrating analytical workflows, and strong communication skills. This is an onsite U.S.-based opportunity with potential relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience with structured analytical or engineering workflows (courses/projects acceptable).
• Ability to document findings clearly in written form.
• Experience may come from coursework, projects, or prior work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements interpretation and structured testing activities.
• Document engineering observations and communicate results to mentors.
• Contribute to process improvements and traceability across requirements, evaluations, and results.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines in real-world workflows.
• Participate in team meetings to review progress and plan objectives.
• Demonstrate ownership and complete assigned tasks.
