Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks an Aerospace Engineer to support the Test and Training Group for US Army weapon testing programs. You will design, build, and pilot UAS live targets used to evaluate Directed Energy and Kinetic Weapon Systems.

Responsibilities

Assemble, modify, and maintain UAS platforms to meet target profiles.
Serve as remote pilot in command for live-fire UAS flights.
Integrate sensors, telemetry, and tracking aids on UAS platforms.
Collaborate with engineers to plan and analyze live-fire test events.
Perform pre-flight inspections and post-flight maintenance of UAS hardware and software.
Fabricate, assemble, install, and troubleshoot electrical modules and wire harnesses.
Travel 25% for extended durations.
