Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, Ohio seeks an Engine Systems Integration Engineer to support all aspects of engine design, testing, and integration at GE sites and customer facilities. You will tackle undefined scopes, apply your expertise to solve problems, and drive objectives for yourself and others.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and up to 25% travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, or evaluation of projects using engineering principles and adhering to requirements.
• Recommend approaches to meet technical and program requirements.
• Develop plans to achieve technical requirements, scheduling, and contract commitments.
• Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other personnel.
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for projects consistent with policies.
• Monitor and communicate project status and issues.
• Lead or participate in organizational efforts in projects.
• Present or review in technical and program reviews.
