GE Aerospace is seeking a Test Engineer to drive development testing on the shop floor and test cells across multiple PTO teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient test execution. Job Description Summary Test Engineering is a hands-on engineering role that actively engages on the shop floor and test cell to ensure the collaboration of multiple Peebles Test Operation (PTO) teams in executing defined test requirements efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards and GE Aerospace policies and procedures. Full-engine Development Test at PTO will span projects across many different product lines and types of tests, including Certification and Engineering-driven tests. This role works with many teams to ensure the test process meets the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The Test Engineer will be responsible for test execution and project management during the Test phase, ensuring adherence to project timelines and goals.
The base pay range for this position is $95,000 - $159,000 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
