Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced inspector to verify engine configurations and ensure compliance with specifications at the Midland, GA site. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and timely achievement of inspection goals for the MECOE team.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in aviation inspection and hold an HS Diploma or equivalent. U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information and site security.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in aviation inspection role.
• U.S. Person status is required, as only U.S Persons are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of tooling and measurement equipment to inspect engine components to validate proper configuration and compliance with requirements.
• Provide complete and accurate documentation to support Engine Builds.
• Meet production/inspection goals and objectives for the MECOE Team.
• Complete and review technical documentation, including Fits & Clearances, Engine Inspection Reports, and SAP transactions.
• Complete and Review Engine Package documentation.
