• Design brackets and supports to mount externals to engine structures while minimizing weight.
• Investigate root causes of field failures and propose design improvements.
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, design, and manufacturing teams for integration.
• Use computational tools to create analysis models for externals components.
• Post-process results and prepare presentations of findings.
• Create detailed engineering documentation to support development and certification.
