Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizen with STAR ID.
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Science from ABET-accredited program.
• 5–10 years of applicable EMC experience.
• Experience in EMC analysis and test planning for space hardware.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461, -462, -464 or equivalents.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, MathCAD, Excel.
• Experience with HFSS, FEKO or equivalents.
• Knowledge of EMI lab equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Oscilloscopes).
• Programming in C or Visual Basic.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMC analysis and test planning for space hardware.
• Develop project documentation and verification/validation inputs.
• Prepare or assist in trade studies and reports.
• Collaborate with Space Systems Department personnel.
