Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Electroplating Chemist in Florida to join a hands-on lab and production team. You will perform chemical analyses, monitor plating baths, and ensure NADCAP/AS9100 compliance while supporting process improvements and product qualification.

The role requires a chemistry-related bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in electroplating or related fields, and familiarity with AMS/MIL/ASTM standards. In-person work and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field; advanced degree optional.
• Experience with NADCAP audits and aerospace specifications preferred.
• AS9100 quality systems familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine chemical analysis of plating baths and solutions.
• Monitor and document bath chemistries to specifications.
• Support NADCAP audits and ensure AMS/MIL/ASTM compliance.
• Lead process improvement and root-cause investigations.
• Develop control plans, lab procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide technical support to production plating operations.
• Collaborate with engineering on new product introduction.
