Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking an Electronics Technician in Oldsmar, FL to test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies used in aerospace equipment. You will set up test gear, calibrate circuits, and document results as part of a production environment.

Responsibilities include using oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF circuits, and digital test equipment, plus collaborating with engineers to improve test procedures. A high school diploma and direct testing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience testing electronic assemblies.
• Proficient with component-level troubleshooting of circuits.
• Able to document maintenance actions in software tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up test apparatus and conduct tests for electronic assemblies.
• Assemble units per designs and specs for production equipment.
• Adjust and calibrate electronic assembly systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions by adjusting or replacing parts.
• Operate hand tools and measurement devices for testing.
• Assist engineers in developing test procedures and improvements.
• Troubleshoot to component level using schematics for analog/digital circuits.
• Apply knowledge of solid state devices and micro-circuitry.
• Use DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and signal generators.
