Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. seeks an Electronics Technician for the 2nd shift in Oldsmar, FL to set up test apparatus and conduct tests of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits and subassemblies, following procedures and standards.

The role requires troubleshooting to the component level, calibration of systems, and collaboration with engineers on test procedures and product improvements. A minimum of 1 year of experience and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct experience testing electronic assemblies.
• Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid state and digital circuits.
• Able to document maintenance actions using Microsoft Suite and data collection programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of circuit card assemblies, RF circuits and subassemblies per procedures.
• Adjust and calibrate electronic assembly systems; replace parts or components as directed to correct malfunctions.
• Assist engineers in design and development of test procedures and suggest product/ manufacturing improvements.
• May monitor and verify quality using statistical process controls where applicable.
