Job summary
Chromalloy is seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain complex electronic and automated manufacturing equipment in an aerospace setting. You will diagnose equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and support safety, reliability, and performance of critical systems across our production floor.
The role operates on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00p–11:00p) with a $2.00 shift differential.
Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting electronic, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose PLC/CNC/robotics and control-system issues.
- Read schematics and technical docs to locate faults.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Document maintenance activities in CMMS and track equipment history.
- Follow safety, Lockout/Tagout, and aerospace quality requirements.
