Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking experienced Electronics Technicians I & II for a leading aerospace and defense organization in Clearwater, FL. You will perform hands‑on testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include setting up test equipment, following procedures, diagnosing faults to component level, calibrating equipment, and documenting results while collaborating with engineering

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct electronics experience, including testing assemblies.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience using test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, network analyzers).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or technical training; English reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up test apparatus and test electronic assemblies.
• Test assemblies according to methods and standards.
• Troubleshoot to component level using schematics.
• Diagnose and repair analog and digital circuitry.
• Calibrate test equipment and adjust assemblies.
• Document test results and production information.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, QA and production teams.
• Support test procedure development for new products.
• Monitor product quality per procedures.
• Operate hand tools and measurement equipment.
