Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brief production/test manager and manufacturing engineer on issues affecting sales order completion; provide corrective-action recommendations.
• Assist in onboarding and training of technician personnel as directed.
• Ensure integration and test processes conform to released documentation; provide input on production metrics.
• Use lean manufacturing data with Test/Production Manager and engineers to improve throughput and reduce costs.
• Perform scheduled in-house maintenance, calibration and adjustments to equipment.
• Handle RF test equipment (RF, analog, digital) troubleshooting and tuning.
