Qualifications

• Background as electronics technician with precision PCB soldering and benchtop assembly.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and interconnect prints.
• Proven skill isolating circuit faults without heavy engineering oversight.
• Proactive, self-directed worker capable of managing daily bench tasks and deadlines.
• Residence within commuting distance of Greater Milwaukee / NE WI corridor.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-reliability assembly: precision soldering and micro-assembly of PCBs and harnesses to IPC standards.
• Diagnose hardware deviations: trace and repair circuit faults using scopes, meters, and signal generators.
• Support engineering design: collaborate with design engineers during layout reviews and bench validations.
• Manage technical procurement: assist BOM management and component sourcing across active builds.
• Maintain system documentation: update drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance: support QA processes, logs, and environmental testing.
