Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Electronics Technician III to test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production electronic and mechanical products and systems. You will interpret blueprints and use test equipment to verify performance.

You will work under limited supervision, supporting calibration, documentation of failures, and collaboration with design/test engineering. The role emphasizes safety and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• AA degree in electronic or mechanical technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production electronic or mechanical products and systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide testing and assembly.
• Calibrate and adjust units including electrical and mechanical measurements.
• Document non-conformances and assist with root-cause analysis with engineering.
• Support Lean initiatives and follow safety practices, limited soldering as needed.
• Perform testing on higher-complexity units under supervision and provide support across programs.
